Choose who to reach
Pick a type of business from 111 built-in categories, including "Any business", and add one or more places anywhere in the world, by country, state or city. Convoro can suggest lead types from your business profile.

Convoro finds them
Businesses are found from OpenStreetMap, and email addresses are collected from each business’s own website. You can add your own contacts too.

Review the message
Convoro drafts the email or the call script from your business profile. Edit it, then send yourself a test email or take a test call.

Launch and watch
Set how many to contact each day, the hours and timezone, and how long it runs. Opens, unsubscribes, calls and bookings show in your dashboard.

Email campaigns
- One email per business, written from your business profile. No automated follow-ups.
- Up to 50 emails a day per account, inside your sending hours, for 1 to 30 days or continuously until you pause.
- Sent from Convoro's pool of sending addresses under your business name. Replies go to your own inbox.
- See how many were sent, who opened, the open rate and unsubscribes.
- Billed per email sent, as AI usage.
AI call campaigns
- The Convoro voice agent calls businesses that list a phone number.
- Up to 20 calls a day for 1 to 30 days, inside your call hours.
- It can book an appointment, schedule a callback, or mark the business not interested or do-not-call.
- Calls last at most 3 minutes and come from Convoro's shared US numbers. Recordings and transcripts are kept.
- Charged upfront for the whole run; the wizard shows the price first.

One-click unsubscribe
Every email carries a standard one-click unsubscribe header and an unsubscribe link in its footer.
One unsubscribe list for everyone
Anyone who unsubscribes is never emailed by Auto Outreach again, by any campaign from any Convoro customer.
Customers left out
People who are already Convoro customers are excluded from cold outreach.
Daily limits
At most 50 emails a day per account and 20 calls a day per call campaign, only inside the hours you set.
Gradual sending
Each of Convoro's sending addresses has its own daily limit, which ramps up gradually from when the address is first used.
Do-not-call on request
If someone asks not to be called again, the voice agent marks them do-not-call and that campaign stops calling them.
Good to know
What Auto Outreach doesn’t do
- It finds businesses, not consumers. They come from OpenStreetMap, so a business that isn't listed there won't be found.
- It sends one email per business. Replies go to your inbox, and Convoro doesn't read or answer them.
- Do-not-call requests are recorded per campaign. Convoro doesn't check national do-not-call registers.
- Calls come from Convoro's shared US numbers. You can't use your own number.
- No one can guarantee inbox placement, and Convoro doesn't claim to.
