Written for 280 characters
Replies are one or two sentences with no hashtags or line breaks, so they read as a complete thought. When it helps, the reply ends with your website link.
You approve before it posts
Drafts land under "Replies to approve" in your dashboard. Edit the text, post it or dismiss it. Switch the account to automatic once you trust the drafts.
Stays on your business
Convoro answers only questions about your business, from your profile, and points people to you for anything the profile does not cover. Off-topic mentions get a polite redirect.
Text posts, now or scheduled
Post straight away or schedule a date and time in your timezone, with or without a picture. Posts with a video depend on the API access X gives Convoro, so X can refuse them.
Counts characters the way X does
X counts every link as 23 characters and most emoji as 2. Convoro checks a post the same way before publishing and stops an over-length one with a clear message.

How to set up the X (Twitter) AI auto-reply in 3 steps
Connect your X account
In the Social tab, choose X and sign in on X itself. Convoro reads your @handle and starts checking your mentions.
Review the first drafts
Replies start in approval mode. Edit or post a few from the dashboard, then switch this account to automatic if you like what you see.
Add X to your posting
Post now or schedule a post for a date and time. Captions for X are written to fit 280 characters.

- It does not reply instantly: mentions are checked every 15 minutes
- It does not search X for keywords or reply to posts that do not tag you
- No X direct messages
- It does not like, repost or follow accounts
- Video posts to X are not guaranteed: X can refuse them, depending on the API access it gives Convoro
- It does not collect email addresses or phone numbers from X: each person appears in your Leads inbox under their X name
- No reach, likes or impressions reports
