How AI usage is billed
Your plan unlocks the channels and features. The AI work itself is metered as “AI usage” and charged to your card each time unbilled usage reaches $5, so you pay in small steps for what you use.
Replies
Each reply Convoro writes on website chat, WhatsApp or a social comment, and each WhatsApp voice note, image or PDF it reads or answers.
Social content
Captions, AI images and AI videos for your posts. The scheduler shows the price of each image and video.
Voice calls
Outbound calls placed by the Convoro voice agent (Pro). Longer calls cost more, and a call lasts at most 3 minutes.
Auto Outreach
Each email sent, and AI call campaigns, which are charged upfront for the whole run. The wizard shows the cost before you launch (Pro).
Your dashboard shows your usage and every charge. AI usage is charged during the free trial too; only the plan itself is free until the trial ends.
