Answers from your business profile

Convoro scans your website, including up to 3 PDFs it links to, and reads any text, PDFs or photos you add. It turns them into services, prices, hours and branches you can edit, and answers from that profile.

Takes booking requests in the chat

When a visitor wants an appointment, Convoro asks for the service, the date and time, a phone number and, if you have several branches, which one. The request is emailed to you and the chat is marked as booked.

Saves every visitor as a lead

Before the chat starts, the widget asks for a name and email address. You choose which details to collect. Each conversation lands in your Leads inbox with the full transcript.

Replies in the visitor's language

A visitor who writes in another language gets the answer in that language, drawn from the same business profile. You keep one profile, not one per language.

Shows your plans and your map

Asked about prices, Convoro shows your packages as cards with a Book button. Asked where you are, it adds an Open in Google Maps button.

Fits your site

Set the bot name, colours, avatar, welcome message and corner, and choose whether it opens on its own. It runs in its own Shadow DOM, so your site styles and the widget stay separate.

How do I add the AI chatbot to my website?

Copy the script snippet from your Convoro dashboard and paste it into your site, just before the closing </body> tag or in your site builder's custom code setting. The chat button then appears on every page that loads the snippet. There is no Convoro plugin or app to install.

Does it work on WordPress, Shopify, Wix and Squarespace?

Does it book appointments into my calendar?

No. Convoro takes booking requests: it collects the service, date, time and phone number in the chat, emails the request to your booking address and marks the conversation as booked in your Leads inbox. It doesn't check availability or sync with Google Calendar, Calendly or Outlook, so you confirm each booking with the customer.

What does it know about my business?

Whatever is in your business profile. Convoro builds it from what you give it to read: your website, including its FAQ page, pages about policies such as cancellations and refunds, and up to 3 PDFs it links to; text you paste; and PDFs or photos you upload. It can also look up your Google Business listing and, on Growth and Pro, read social accounts you connect, such as your Facebook Page and Instagram. What it reads is added to your profile and never replaces what you wrote, and opening hours it can't find are left blank, not guessed. You can edit every field: services with prices and durations, packages, branches with opening hours, and extra notes.

Will it make things up?

It is instructed to answer only about your business and never to invent details. When a visitor asks something your profile does not cover, it suggests they contact you directly, and off-topic questions get a polite refusal. Keeping your profile complete is the best way to get complete answers.

Does it reply in other languages?

Yes. It replies in the language the visitor writes in. The widget's built-in prompts, such as the request for a name and email, are in English, and you can write your own welcome message in any language.

Can I take over a website chat myself?

Not inside the website widget. Live takeover is a WhatsApp feature, where you can pause Convoro on a chat and reply yourself. Website conversations are saved in your Leads inbox with the visitor's name and email, so you can follow up by email or phone.
