Is there a phone number I can call?
No. Convoro has no public phone line. Email support@convoro.org or message us on WhatsApp.
How do I cancel my plan?
Cancel from the dashboard at any time. A cancelled trial runs to the end of the trial, and a cancelled paid plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
How do I have my data deleted?
Email support@convoro.org from the address on your account with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. The data deletion page has the details.
Can I try Convoro before talking to anyone?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start it, and the plan isn't charged until the trial ends.
