A header-and-footer plugin such as WPCode (Code Snippets → Header & Footer → Footer), or footer.php just before </body> in a classic theme.
On WordPress.com, plugins need a paid plan.
Add an AI chatbot to Shopify
Online Store → Themes → ⋯ → Edit code → layout/theme.liquid, just before </body>.
Add an AI chatbot to Wix
Settings → Custom Code → Add Custom Code, on all pages, loaded once, placed in Body – end.
The site must be published and connected to a domain.
Add an AI chatbot to Squarespace
Pages → Website Tools → Code Injection → Footer.
Code Injection is on the Core, Plus and Advanced plans, and some legacy plans.
Any other site

Beyond your website, you connect each channel from the Convoro dashboard by signing in to it. Approval dates are when each platform approved Convoro’s access; they aren’t partnerships or endorsements.
WhatsApp AI Chatbot
Built on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Connect with one button through Meta’s signup flow, including a number you already use in the WhatsApp Business app. Basic plan.
Facebook Comment Auto-Reply
Connect with “Continue with Facebook” to reply to comments on your Page and publish posts. Meta approved Convoro’s Pages and Instagram permissions on 12 August 2026. Growth plan.
Instagram Comment Auto-Reply
Needs an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Replies to comments and publishes images and Reels. No DMs. Growth plan.
YouTube Comment Auto-Reply
Sign in with Google to publish videos and reply to comments on them. Google verified Convoro’s YouTube access on 13 August 2026. Growth plan.
TikTok Auto-Posting
Publishes photo and video posts through TikTok’s Content Posting API. TikTok approved Direct Post for Convoro on 28 August 2026. Posting only. Growth plan.
X (Twitter) Auto-Reply
Sign in with X to publish posts and reply to mentions, which Convoro checks every 15 minutes. Growth plan.

What Convoro doesn’t connect to
- No WordPress plugin, Shopify app or Wix app. The snippet does the job on every platform.
- No Zapier, CRM or public API.
- No calendar integration: Google Calendar, Calendly and Outlook aren’t supported. Booking requests go to your dashboard and your email.
- No inbound phone line. The AI voice agent places outbound calls only.
