According to Meta's product page, Meta Business Agent replies to customers 24/7, learns from your Facebook Page, past chats and website, gathers customer details and hands chats to you when needed. You set it up in the WhatsApp Business app, and it also works in Messenger and in your ads. Meta announced it on 3 June 2026 and said getting started is free, with paid subscriptions to follow.
